Bonsai Trading

The Bonsai Discworld Charity Raffle is now closed.

The money is in, the tickets have been counted. We are very pleased to say that a total of 759 tickets were sold this year. Given our time slot of just after Christmas when everyone's money is tight, its a great result.

Combined with the Artificer Building auction ran on ebay, this gives us a total of £1313.50 for charity. This will be split between the Orangutan Foundation and the Balsam Centre (a workshop for the disabled set up by Bernard Pearson).

Please note that in order to ensure the maximum amount of money possible goes to the charity, we will be asking that the winners of the prizes volunteer to pay a sum towards the postage cost of sending them the items. This postage amount will be included in the winners emails (emails will be arriving with you all VERY soon). This is not compulsory and you will receive your items regardless, but it is all for charity folks…

The ticket numbers drawn were (with 1st prize first) 0334, 0262, 0590, 0004, 0872, 0413, 0289, 0652, 0526, 0392. These winning numbers were drawn by a specially created computer progam created to generate random numbers - the same program that was used to allocate your ticket numbers to you all. Winners names are listed in the prize boxes below.
